Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor will be the following:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes to ensure products meet defined quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify faults in quality specifications
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent incidents
- Lead and motivate a team of quality control inspectors to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and inspections
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to adapt and update quality control procedures accordingly
Qualifications
For the Quality Supervisor role, you need to have the following:
- Degree in the Engineering field
- Proven experience in a quality control role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and techniques
- Fluency in Greek and English language (oral and written)
- Proficient in using computer systems and relevant industrial software
